About the Event
The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and the Southern California Association of Governments are pleased to invite you to the 30th Annual Demographic Workshop at the University of Southern California’s Trojan Grand Ballroom on Tuesday, June 11, 2019.
With an eye toward the future, this year’s program provides the most recent update on demographic trends and their implications as we embark upon two major efforts: Census 2020 and Connect SoCal, SCAG’s long-range regional transportation plan. Following a check-up on surprising migration, fertility, and aging statistics, we will discuss the challenges and anticipated outcomes of Census 2020. Additional panels will focus on implications of demographic changes on housing and a reflection on the close linkage between demographics and long-range regional planning. The program will also include a special lunch keynote address and a series of expert-led roundtable discussions to build skills about topics discussed throughout the day.
General Admission Early Bird Rate (ends May 29): $85
Registration (after May 29): $125
Student: $25

*Registration fee is non-refundable after May 29, 2019.
**Payment must be received by May 31, 2019.
