Public Notice is hereby given that the Regional Council of the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is conducting a public hearing to consider adoption of the 5th Cycle Final Regional Housing Needs Allocation Plan at the date, time, and location identified above. This public hearing signals the end of SCAGs 5th Cycle of the RHNA process to issue the Regional Housing Need Allocation Plan required by the State of California in order for local jurisdictions to prepare updated General Plan Housing Elements.
