The 2013-2014 Transportation Planning Grant application package is accessible on the Caltrans Division of Transportation Plannings website at http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/tpp/grants.html. Training videos and form samples can also be found at this website. Be sure to review the guidelines as there have been some changes from the previous years.
