2009 Highway Performance Monitoring System Workshops

Conducted on March 17 & 18, 2009

The Southern California Association of Governments, in collaboration with Caltrans, hosted two Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) workshops on March 17th and 18th, 2009.

The Highway Performance Monitoring System program plays an important role in providing the FHWA with consistent state-specific data used to analyze the state of the nation's highway system and to create federal-aid apportionment formulas.
