The Southern California Association of Governments' Non-Motorized Program seeks to support and encourage the development and maintenance of county and city bicycle and pedestrian networks, facilities and other non-motorized programs and policies in the SCAG region. Emphasis is also placed on increasing bicycling and walking, as a commute alternative and improving safety for all non-motorized transportation.
