Effective Monday, December 18, 2017, the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) will relocate its headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. Only our mailing address will change, while all staff phone numbers, email addresses and our website will remain the same. SCAG offices will be closed on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017.

The Affordable Housing Sustainable Communities program (AHSC) is a California Strategic Growth Council program that provides grants and affordable housing loans for compact transit-oriented​ development and related infrastructure that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
