Transportation

The Transportation Chapter of the Regional Comprehensive Plan (RCP) will incorporate the policies of the pending 2004 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) update. It will offer an action plan for the implementation of strategies in support of the policies adopted by the SCAG Regional Council.
